Yoga & Movement
My mission is to share what I have experienced through meditation, yoga, movement, and somatics in as many settings as possible. I provide the frame for everyone to move in while giving room for all to deep dive into their own authentic experience. We are all so different, the beauty is that movement is innate to us all. I focus on how we can re-connect with the body and therefore connect back to the whole.

Yoga
Yoga Asanas or postures are wonderful containers to work with for people to re-connect to their bodies. Asanas help improve posture, coordination, balance, open the body and mind, and much more.

Free Movement & Somatics
Movement is medicine. When we truly listen to our body, we can move and let emotions and memories appear. Free movement allows us to connect back to our inner healer. Authentic movement moves everything including emotions, stuck energy, and more. It is time to re-learn something that we may have forgotten.

Visualisations, Meditation & Breath
We know that connecting to breath and meditating relaxes people. But it is about much more than that. To me, mediation is not about silencing the mind but really looking deep within and being with something that has been there all along. When we look deep within we will find our true nature and essence.
